Recent Cloud Instability

Since rolling out LifeSize Cloud across our organisation it has become a key resource and business critical solution for many of our functions.  We are a global organisation that operates 24 hours a day. 


As such, the recent instability in LifeSize is troubling.   Again this morning we have had to cancel all of our team meetings, WIPs and Stand Ups as the platform is out of action.  8 hours and counting....


Are efforts being taken to curtail this string of outages?  We have had several business critical meetings interrupted.
