We have an Icon 800. Since the automatic update to 2.9.0 via Cloud, the unit is no longer able to receive calls. It's able to make calls fine. We also have an Icon 400 and Icon 600 which updated and they are working fine.
To get our Icon 800 working again, I had to deregister from Cloud and do a new activation (I tried deregistering and reregistering with the same backup / account, but it did not solve the problem.
However, now that the Icon 800 is activated on a new account, it is not showing the directory or meetings.
Has anyone else had a similar issue with the Icon 800 after the automatic software update to 2.9.0 on Cloud?
