Audio Volume Decreases

I am new to Lifesize, hopefully I am posting to the right area.  We have several different models (Express, Icon400) that give us grief.  Recently tried using the cloud solution rather than point to point but still have audio problems.  Video is stable but the volume will get extremely low for a few seconds, then go back up again.  I ran an hour long test and had 30 drops that were long enough to be annoying.  Sites have T1's with good bandwidth.  I'm wondering if there could be a setting somewhere that we don't know about?  Thanks for any advice.
