We just started testing Lifesize Cloud and things have been going so well that I have decided to start using it for actual events. The past 2 people that I have connected with though have not gone so well. In both instances, I used a guest invite and had the person call me while I was using the web app. The call seemed to be running well until I tried sharing content, in both instances the far end froze, audio was still present and clear, it seemed as if my PC image was replaced my webcam video in the PIP window. The only way to refresh the far end video was to stop sharing content and after about 30 seconds, the video came back and looked fine. Has anyone else experienced this?
