Icon400 One-way video and audio issues

Before the customer has a installed icon400 often video-losing, one-way audio, one-way video, and other issues.

At first thought is the firewall Settings has a problem, customers have been debug their network, but the problem still unsolved.

Then have a customer to appear the same issues, but this is normal when the customer used before, and IP address to white list, please  trying to identify the root cause.
