It's crazy, it just disconnected and i don't see how to get it back without defaulting it.

Jeremy, just a thought but is it still in your Management Dashboard? I think there is an automatic disconnect with cloud if a device has been dormant for a period of time. Perhaps you were auto-disconnected.
