Recently installed a networker with an Express 220. It is configured as a stand alone unit.
When receiving calls they go through fine however when making calls we are getting a busy tone/message. The unit we are dialling is fine as when dialled from another unit the calls go through fine.
Within the networker I have selected the 'direct connect' option in the Gateway settings and put the IP address of the VC unit in.
Can anyone help me please?
