Call hangs up immediately after the answer

I've got a problem establishing connection between LifeSize Room 220 and LifeSize Passport. The calls from Room 220 to Passport work just fine but in the other way there is a problem. We get "Incomming call" massage and right after answering the call is disconnecting itself. Both devices are behind static NAT. We belive thet the routing is set up correctly according to LifeSize Tech Note for Firewal Transversal.pdf and we're stuck in further investigation of the problem.


I'd appreciate a little support, please.
