Cisco VCS calling Cloud

Hi,

 

I have a Cloud customer having issues connecting with a Cisco unit registered to VCS.

 

The Cisco unit doesn't allow for inbound calls so has to dial the Cloud account.

 

They have been trying to dial the IP##xxxxxx which didn't work but did try xxxxxx@lifesizecloud.com and it connected for about 40 seconds then dropped off.

 

Has anyone else had issues connecting Cloud with Cisco VCS?
