LifeSize cloud - tunneling question

Question asked by hikarukobayashi Expert on Jun 19, 2016

Our customer has firewall policies that are permit to the specific node IP addresses and port.(does not domain)

This customer want to use the Cloud desktop chat.
But, this customer doesn't use Cloud desktop chat.

<Customer firewall policies for Cloud desktop chat>
Permit IP address:52.24.34.19, 52.24.12.30, and 54.68.254.188
Permit port : TCP 443(does not permit TCP 5222)

This URL is written is the following.
https://www.lifesize.com/cloud-help/en/configure-lifesize-cloud-opening-ports.html
"If 5222 is not available, use 443."

Log of Customer firewall has recorded "drop TCP5222 packet to 52.24.34.19".

But, Cloud desktop chat isn't tunneling 443.
Please tell me the tunneling of use restrictions.
