When sharing a desktop, other lifesize cloud app users could see only a blank screen when desktop on their clients is shown on a second screen. When moving screen back in vc window, desktop is shown properly.
This is not a known issue. I discussed this with our internal support team and they would like to take a closer look and step through the issue.

I am unable to replicate this on a Windows 10 machine (Unfortunately I don't have a Win 7 device to try with).
Can you confirm what Cloud version you are using as I have tested with 10.3.250 (latest) and 10.1.223.
