Team 220 redial list info

After making a call to an external system, this entry is blocked on the redial list. The on screen information for this entry is the system name and at the bottom of the screen the IP address. The problem is that once you call again to this site throught the redial list the system name (on the redial list) is replaced by its IP address. How can we fixed it?
