I've run into a situation that I can't seem to find any supporting documentation on. I have a virtual meeting room set up that a number of both video and audio-only callers have dialed into. We had started a presentation in said meeting room, but one of our executives has a relatively small screen connected to his home Icon 400 unit and would rather see the people in the meeting room than the presentation (he has a digital copy to read from tablet). I tried pressing the "Transmitting" button to stop the presentation, but it still remains on the screen. Is there a way to manually turn off a presentation in a virtual meeting room?
Conference room 1 (host): Icon 600 - dials into meeting room first
Executive 1: Icon 400 - dials into meeting room after host
3-4 audio-only callers: various handsets/cell phones dial in after host
Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way to turn off the presentation in a meeting room?
