Intercompatibility Cisco

We have installed an Icon 600 at a client and they have issues when doing a video conference with a Cisco System (Phones, SX10 and Jabber Clients).

Video is not always working and audio seems to be ok mos of the time but does have some connection problems too.


They have checked their firwalls on both ends and all data seems to pass, no blocks.


Any ideas?
