Outlook plugin

Dear sirs,

    I have installed your plugin in a Citrix XenApp servers environment, and in 6 servers work fine, but in one of them I can not install it.

 

     When I run the installer, it finishes without error, but when I open Outlook, in the calendar section I can not see it.  If I go to programs & features, I can see it and I can uninstall it , but I try to install it again , I get the same.

 

     I have just downloaded the last versión from your website Lifesize.Cloud.Windows.Outlook.Addin.Bootstrapper+1.3.0.41.exe , but with the same result.

 

  The operative system is Windows 2008 R1 English versión and Office 2016
