Hi, my apologies if someone have already posted this, but we have been having this issue for a while, and finally generated a case for it. When we pair a new icon or an icon that has already been defaulted to the same cloud ID, it creates a duplicate directory devices entry in the admin cloud webui. I've generated a case, and support told me that it was not supported for us to pair it back to the same user. I am a little bit perplexed as to the reason for this since we have a lot of customers wanting to keep their cloud ID the same for their devices including us. Would someone from Lifesize be able to clarify this for us?
