I have recently noticed that I cannot change the default call speed in the web interface of the Icon 600 when it is connected to Cloud.
Can someone confirm whether this has changed since the last firmware update please?

It is on the latest firmware v 2.11.1 (2067)
Whenever I go to change the total call speeds I get a message 'UVC Clearsea manages the value of this preference.
This is something I change quite regularly in certain customer when internet bandwidth is poor.
Can this be changed back ASAP please?

Hi Simon, I apologize about the slowness to get back to you. I had a few folks try to duplicate this problem you are experiencing, I even tried it with my Icon. All of us were unable to reproduce the problem.

If you lower the Icon bandwidth, it should obey the defined bandwidth.
You might want to consider ringing into support and having the team take a deeper look into your issue. My advise would be to first reset the unit to factory, pair to Cloud and try again.
