Is it possible for our Lifesize Icon 600 VC system to connect to a third party VC system?
We have a company we deal with regularly and to stop our executives having to travel each month we want to use the VC system. However the other company use Intercall and we cannot find a way to get the two systems to connect.
Would this be where I need to add in a secondary SIP connection to the Icon 600 and go direct instead of through the cloud?
Any help or advice appreciated.
