Have tryed with Edge, Crome and Firefox. My PC has Win 10.
Certificate in Express 220 is ok to 2019. Codec has 5.0.9 the latest.
Crome Web browser says: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Sorry it took me this long to respond. I think you really will need to open a support ticket to go through this scenario. It sounds like there could be an issue with the certificate type, but support will definitely be able to help out.
