Ideal Remote Endpoint Dashboard/Support Interface

I'd like to solicit some feedback primarily from the individuals who support Lifesize Endpoints in the field on what the ideal administration/support dashboard would look like on an endpoint.  What are the things you need to quickly see, test, and do in the field to keep your endpoints running and connected, and your users happy?


As an example I've seen more than a few posts about how useful it was with the 220s interface to be able to see snapshots of the camera and presentation inputs remotely and manipulate these from a remote location.  So clearly, being able to see what the system is receiving and manipulate those inputs is important.


What other things would be helpful?  What are the high level issues you run into most commonly that an endpoint dashboard could help with?
