i just ran ran into a couple clients that are unable to use chat. They are both Mac users and both accounts have the chat button greyed out. I went through the basic stuff, they are registered users and not trying to join a password protected meeting. Both the webapp and the thick client are not working. The webapp does nothing when clicking on the join button to start a group chat. I deleted their accounts and asked them to authenticate again with the same results. Anyone else come across a similar problem?
