Does anyone else have issues with outgoing volume on SIP audio calls?

Hi - we have several icon units with 2nd gen phones. Those phones are using SIP regristar 2 to make audio calls through our Avaya IP Office. During calls, our users regulary report low sound and muffled audio. This is not an issue with video calls. The only suggestion we've gotten from tech support was to check settings on the IP Office. Anyone else???
