I have some problem when connect icon 600 with Generation 2 Phone
the Generation 2 Phone lighting red and no display on touch screen .

The advise that Michael provided, to open a ticket with our support team, would be the best general advice. However, here are several things that you can check first.
1. If this issue happened out of the box or after the Icon has been relocated, please make sure that the correct power supply is being used by the Icon. Some times the Icon power supply and the power supply used by the Camera 10x can be swapped. Both use the same connector, both are 19 volts, but the camera power supply is only rated for 1.5 amps. The Icon needs the 3.95 amps to function properly.
2. You may have a loose connection with the LifeLink cable that connects the phone to the Icon. Please reseat the cable at both ends.
3. You may have a faulty or damaged LifeLink cable. If you have a different cable to test with, try swapping it out.
4. If these fail and the Icon is still covered with an AMS agreement, please reach out to our support team.
