grand stream gvc3200 is used by someone with lifesizecloud services?
We have tested this issue and reported to the engineering on the behaviour. You will observe the low resolution, only while dialing lifesize cloud VMR ID's, but not on a P2p call to lifesize cloud from the grandstream endpoint.
when will it possible to use lifesizecloud VMR from grandstream endpoint gvc3200 because today we can't use our cameras with lifesizecloud services?
is there a temporary workaround?
Today Lifesize Cloud supports many 3rd party devices from most major video conferencing vendors such as Cisco, Polycom, Avaya-Radvision etc. which don't experience the same issue you've reported, so it appears on the surface, to be something related specifically to these Grandstream devices. Have you raised a ticket with Grandstream technical support to investigate why their product doesn't negotiate a higher resolution when working with Lifesize Cloud?
I've been unable to verify within the Grandstream product release notes whether they've verified interoperability when working with Lifesize Cloud? From what I can see they've only verified their product against a stand-alone Lifesize Express 220 unit with no mention of calling scenarios, protocols used or versions that have been proven through testing:

yes i created a ticket with grandstream. They kindly showed us that if gvc3200 connect to lifesizecloud VirtualMeetingRoom first the resolution 1280x720 after some seconds decreases to 432x240.
if grandstream endpoint connect after some other laptop to the VMR the resolution stay at 1280x720 correct resolution.
The workaround proposed is to connnect gvc3200 last because It does not happens if you connect last.
we have 3 end points gvc3200 and all have same behavior (you support checked our h323 settings)

Grandstream Endpoint drops resolution when dialled into the VMR as first participant.
Work-around: Make sure to have a (lifesize Registered/Guest) user as first participant in the VMR before dialling from the Grandstream endpoint.
