I'd tried to trace route to cloud server (ex. HK server, IP: 220.127.116.11), but fails. But, PING is OK.
Do the servers not allow "trace route"?
From the NYC area a trace route makes it to the IBM Softlayer data center where the Lifesize Cloud servers are located but not to the individual IP address so it looks like ICMP (and the UDP technology for trace) is disabled on some core devices for security purposes. Why do you need to do a trace route? If you are looking to confirm connectivity there is a speed test to the IBM Softlayer data centers available here: IBM Bluemix - IBM Cloud Data Centers
