During 3-way calling, the icon 400 cannot present what’s on their PC. Is this a limitation?
This doesn't sound right. I've never had a situation in which I could not present, no matter the number of callers. Have you opened a support ticket about this?
Also, is the 400 attached to the cloud service? Are you unable to see the option to present? If you have the option, does the presentation not appear on the far side though the icon is sending it? There could be a port/IP issue here, depending on your answers.
