Our lifesize Micpod had been stuck in Initializing network status for several times, and it can't bypass this status. It can be fixed only by manual reboot of lifesize unit.
2nd issue is, we've turned on Lifesize Health Check on lifesize cloud admin console, but it can't detect this issue at all. It happened twice already that boss came to IT desk and asked us why lifesize keeps flash blue lights and find it no where to dial, which makes us really passive and embarrassed.

It would be better if Health check could detect and alert this issue.
