Outlook Invitations

Recently one of our new Lifesize Cloud clients sent out an invitation to a 3rd party.  the content of the invitation shows the following link:

Connect over video
https://call.lifesizecloud.com/extension/6599142

the 3rd party thought this was the dialing stream and naturally was confused.  They aborted the video call.

Later we learned that you need to click this link and then are taken to this page

where is small letter there is a drop down to all the relevant information on how to make a call including the IP address to dial from a 3rd party room system.

this process is not intuitive. We would like to modify the Outlook invite to include this information directly in the invite.  Or at least, it should say

"click on this link to access other ways to dial into the video conference"

A Lifesize sales rep said this is on the drawing board for a future release. Does anyone have a work around for this?
