Cloud Issues, please help.

We are having an issue with only certain computers not being able to stay connected when connecting to a Lifesize Cloud meeting, it disconnects them after 15 seconds. However another person in the same building on a different PC can. Is there a browser setting that would be causing this to happen? Additionally they are unable to see/share video or audio with the desktop app on these same devices but the co-worker can???
