Latency - Cloud Meeting Room

Hi All,

 

We've noticed a one second delay with our Rooms lately - we have 10 Virtual Meeting Rooms and all of them are connected to with POLYCOM HDX7000s/8000s.

 

There is no loss or Packet loss and all our officers are connected on 100MB UP and DOWN Links.

 

We are seeing a "lag" of around one second with video and voice which causes alot of confusion and interruption has anyone else suffered from this and been able to resolve?
