a potential new customer of one of our resellers is asking why it is not possible to share content in Cloud WebApp when there is now camera attached to the computer. To use WebApp as kind of WebMeeting solution they like to be able to do so. Their usage:
Invite guests via guest invite function
If camera and headset available on computer used by guests - video call
If no camera and headset available they use the audio dial in feature but now the cannot prenset anymore
Obviously if there is a camera detected by deactivated you can still share content.
Any reason why this is the case and can it be modified?
