Having a Icon 400 system, on a external IP adress, calling in to a cloud system, the Icon 400 hangup automatically after 15-20 seconds.
Anyone who have a solution for this issue?
The customer are on a 4G Huawei router with the system.
Is the Icon able to call other sites without disconnecting (demo site link below) or is it just one? The most likely cause is a firewall either closing unused ports that were opened to initiate the call or possibly viewing the large flow of UDP packets as malicious and stopping them.
Lifesize - Demo / Test sites
The hang-up occure nomather what site we call to within the cloud. Haven't tried outside the cloud though.
Is the Icon 400 registered to the Lifesize cloud service? Sorry if it is as I assumed it was not due to the external IP address description. If the 400 is registered to Lifesize cloud the NAT and port openings are automatically handled by the service and a support case would be recommended to investigate. If the 400 is not registered to Lifesize cloud the local firewall is responsible for NAT and opening the ports.
