A Lifesize Video user on HP Elite X2 can see others pariticpants video but his video is not seen. When he tries to get diagnostic file an error message says that is not possible
It was brought to my attention that you were probably referring to the on premise Video app of Clearsea. If that is the case, that convertible HP device runs Windows 10 which was never tested with Clearsea. Clearsea was tested with XP, 7, and 8.
Hope one of these provides the answer you are seeking.
I would definitely have the user pull diagnostics on the convertible and open a ticket with our support reps.

I would also make sure there are no firewall issue by checking this document: Lifesize Server, SfB/Lync, Tunnel Gateway, and Direct Media IP Address Lists along with ensuring the correct ports are open.
