can anyone tell me what constitutes a call in the management console?  Just to give you an example, we had 10 individual events yesterday and our management console reports 21 calls.  Of these 10 events, we had several callers inside each of those meeting rooms.  How are calls calculated and are there any thoughts on just reporting the number of participants In an easily digestible way?21 calls looks deceiving when in reality we actually had 50-60 unique callers yesterday participating in different events.
