i just came across something odd. Acccording to the management console, meeting passwords must be at least 4 characters long but when creating a meeting room, this rule isnt enforced. This creates an issue when trying to edit someones meeting room from the console. I ran into an issue where i had to remove a meeting password so i could change roles assigned to a room and i could no longer use the same password because it was less than 4 characters. I wont debate the merrits of allowing users to set passcodes less than 4 characters but if the console makes it mandatory, users shouldnt be allowed to set passcodes that are less than 4 characters from the webapp or thick client.
