One of our ICON600 units is having "Failed to Dial (-11)" error whenever it attempts to dial, tried to factory reset the unit, or even re-uploaded the firmware with no hope
any clue how to resolve this issue
When the Icon is reset you must first go through the on-screen initial setup using the remote control. If you log into the WebUI and change settings before completing the on-screen setup you will receive the (-11) error.
To resolve please factory reset and be sure to complete the onscreen setup first. If you are not in front of that unit and unable to use the remote you can complete the setup using ssh. Instructions here: How to - Remotely complete initial configuration wizard of ICON unit
We will be releasing a 3.6 update for Icon soon that will allow you to run the setup through the WebUI.
