All screen share showing blurry

Hello,

I have a client who's getting blurry screen share images constantly. I am aware this may be a Bandwidth issue, but I need to prove it. So far I've assigned a QoS to a Policy made for Lifesize (to allow it to work) but the image is still blurry. Any advice or steps I can do to fix this issue would be appreciated.
