I will put in a case for this but I just discovered a pretty significant bug between icon's and video centre. I had a client that was recording an event to video centre from an icon 600. I was a little concerned because the recording had not started when it was scheduled to, so I decided to discreetly call into the icon from my cloud account with my camera and mic off and start the recording from my end. As it turned out, they started the recording a few seconds before I called in and as soon as I connected, audio cut off and remained off for about 15-20 minutes and then just suddenly started. There is obviously some sort of odd behavior with users connecting to events that are being recorded to video centre. I've had issues in the past with scenarios like this but I thought most of it was cleaned up with new firmware on icon systems.
