I noted this issue few days back that when I Pressed Recording icon in Touch panel ,The Recording did'nt Start actually
It was just giving a indication of starting ,Can anyone suggest me what may be the probable reason for it.
Have you opened a ticket with our support staff? If this is widespread known issue, they will be able to put your instance with others and push for a fix. If you are experiencing this from a configuration or firewall or other reason, they will be able to work with you closely to get a resolution.
