Why i cant see live data in dashboard?
The newest entries are from yesterday.
And i'm missing an option to cancel a call.
For example, a guest has sneaked into a meeting.
Ditto, and sometimes I have call quality status that disappears, and that tried with Chrome, IE11, etc.
Hey l.limburg - Call stats aren't available in real time, but it definitely shouldn't take a day either. They should be available shortly after the completion of a call
As far as call management, it depends what you're calling from, but your best bet is to create a Virtual Meeting Room, set yourself as Moderator, and then host the call from there. As moderator you have the ability to mute or kick any participant from a call.
thierry can you expand on what you mean when you say quality status disappears?
Kick a user is not possibe in dashboard, not even if I am the moderator.
And in the desktop app, it is only possible when I attend the meeting. But I'm the admin, I'm not a participant.
And I can not change the moderator before every meeting. There is no group for admins or moderators.
I have to kick off users even if I am not the moderator.Admin activity!
After a long time, the call is shown in call history:
Not schown in call graph:
But in OS graph:
The past few weeks, I have notice a longer than expected delay for stats to show up in the management console. It seems to have normalized but I have seen stats not show up for several days in the console recently. As far as kicking a user out of a meeting, the only way to do that is by getting the meeting room owner, if they are in the call, to boot them out. I agree, these functions should be available in the management console. I may be wrong but I think even if I jump into a call as the cloud admin, I cannot remove them unless I own the room. I don't like having to interrupt a call just to remove someone, there should be another way to do it easily in the background.
