The latest release of your Outlook plugin no longer supports assigning a default meeting location. I have setup a VMR for all of our users and configured their Outlook plugin (Version 22.214.171.124) to automatically default to their assigned meeting room. The new Outlook plugin does not allow the users to assign a default meeting room and requires the user to search for their meetings. Also, the users have an option to create a meeting, which is what I would like to avoid.
Our users are new to this app and some aren't too computer savvy; therefore, this new outlook plugin is causing confusion with some of our users. Our users are selecting or creating the wrong meetings instead of using their dedicated VMR's now that the new version does not allow me to set their meetings rooms with the new Outlook plugin. Can this feature be added back to the next version of your Outlook plugin?
