A incident is reported a while ago on the


Login to Webapp and Desktop clients are currently failing. You may also experience calls failing from Paired Icons. We are actively working on resolving this issue. Thanks for your patience and apologies for inconvenience caused.


I understand support and engineering is already working on this, however I would like to get in touch with someone who may have more information and expected time for resolution.
