Room 220 offline but still connected to Cloud

Hi all,


i know how the 220 line is going to be impacted by the new LifeSize infrastructure but can someone explain the following?  I have a team 220 that as of today now reports that it is offline in the directory.  This device is still connected to the cloud, still has access to the meeting and user directory, can still be called via its extension and still can dial others and VMR’s. Any explanation for this?  I’m not even certain if our account has been migrate over to the new platform.  Love to get an answer for this.
