Hello, did someone have issues to transmit audio to PSTN and Mitel, all our location has this new issue (Cad, NY, Lon)
I contacted Lifesize support and they confirmed this is a known issue related to the recent 4.2.0 (2505) firmware upgrade. They told me they are working on a hotfix but if it is not available soon, they will accept requests to downgrade to an earlier revision.
Yes, we've begun experiencing problems making PSTN calls through our ShoreTel system. The issues appears to have begun just today.
We have had the same problem. We have seen the issue with Mitel PBX and also 3CX with two different customers. We logged this on the 10th May with Support who haven't confirmed the issue yet. If we downgrade to 4.1 then the problem is resolved so are confident 4.2 is the issue
