My customer have 2 unit of LifeSize 220 series currently register to galaxy cloud.
Both units able to call to Lifesize icon series and any VMR but unable to call each other.
Is there any limitation on 220 series that registered to Galaxy Cloud?
Are they not able to receive call but to make calls?
Previously when both units were native paired to cloud at IBM Soft Layer, there were no issue called each other.
