220s to VMR

Hi everyone,

 

i´ve got a problem with 220 devices. After we switched to the galaxy Cloud, we had to re-register the 220s devices. Everything went so far, except that the systems can no longer call in VMR. I can call other systems directly. When I call into a VMR, it rings 10 seconds and then breaks off the connection.

Does anyone know this phenomenon?
