    Now with just a little configuration on the admin side, users can invite conference rooms with Icon systems to their meetings to get prompted to join the call as soon as they walk in the room—which just makes everything really easy for the end user.


    It also adds a running list of today’s and tomorrow’s meetings so you can see if the room is booked throughout the day right from the Icon system.
