    If you are noticing a "blue screen" or "unable to connect" message, while attempting to sign-on the desktop Client of lifesize, this may be due to your network blocking one of our subdomain services called: "https://webmodule.lifesizecloud.com ". Please contact your network administration to whitelist *.lifesizecloud.com. If you network firewall / router is IP based filtering, please do nslookup to webmodule.lifesizecloud.com to while-list the resolving IP's.
